In 2018, we were practicing physiotherapists who were completely burned out.
We loved the science of movement and had a passion for helping people, but the system felt broken. Time to Care
We reject the 20-minute appointment model that compromises quality and stresses the clinician. Our scheduling reflects our commitment to comprehensive care:
Initial Assessments: 75 Minutes (Dedicated time to understand the whole story—not just the joint that hurts).
Follow-Up Sessions: 45–60 Minutes standard (With flexibility to go down to 30 minutes for simple, focused cases).
Eliminating Administrative Overwhelm
Documentation and complex claims are a primary cause of burnout. We minimize this burden:
No MVA/WSIB/OHIP: We do not accept high-paperwork, high-stress claims, which significantly reduces administrative chaos. There's no chasing adjustors, no denied claims and resubmitting endless treatment plans to companies that have never met your patient: just you, your patient, and incredible outcomes.
AI Scribing: We utilize technology like AI scribing reduce documentation time further, allowing you to focus on the patient, not the keyboard.
Booking, Billing, Marketing, Lead Management, Done For You: Our exceptional administrative team handles all leads coming into the clinic, triages them to make sure they're being booked with the best provider for their concern, and schedules the first part of their treatment plan, all before they get in the door. This creates more consistency in your schedule and controls the number of new patients coming in each week.
Paid Time Off and Schedule Flexibility: We provide paid vacation time and actively encourage clinicians to take it. Rest is non-negotiable. Need more time off than your paid allotment? Don't think a full 35-hour work week will work for you or your family? We work closely with each of our clinicians to determine the best schedule for them and ensure they receive the necessary time away from the clinic, allowing them to provide the best care when they are here.

We pride ourselves on building backwards from the site of pain to the source: Is the knee issue originating from the hip? Is the low back pain related to sleep or stress? We equip our clinicians with the time and reasoning to treat the entire person.
Ditching Gadgets: We do not rely on time-fillers and expensive machines to provide value. We focus on the things that create real change: manual therapy, specific, loaded exercise, and comprehensive patient education. We believe that rehab and exercise are two sides of the same coin, and our treatment plans reflect that.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration: We operate as a unified team of Physiotherapists (ortho and pelvic health), Chiropractors, RMTs, and instructors. We meet, share, and solve complex cases together.
