Private Instruction

Whether facing an injury, a chronic health condition, or for any individual, yoga has many benefits to offer. However, for some, group classes can be a scary place to start.  That's why we offer private 1:1 yoga with a physiotherapist who can modify poses in the moment, providing hands on assists to learn alignment and muscle engagement, as well as teach you the basics building confidence in your practice.

#newmomstrong - Introducing Rehab | Yoga | Fitness for new moms | and their babes. Return to fitness in a safe and supported group class where we will modify in the moment to meet your body where it's at, and include your little one in the fun!

Building Blocks - New to yoga? Working your way back to activity after injury? Looking for a gentle flow to discover how poses feel in your body? This one’s for you! This class will use props and hands on assists to help you discover and CONNECT to your yoga, with slow transitions, mindful movement and gentle flow.

Mondays 9:15-10:15 am

Staying Hip: a strengthening mobility practice that focuses on alignment, body awareness, core and hip strength to make your favourite physical activity more efficient. This class will CONNECT with anyone looking to add yoga to their regular fitness routine. May include deeper poses, longer holds, to build heat, strength and balance. 

Tuesdays 12:30-1:30 pm

Mobility Flow: Stretch, release and let go! Enhance mobility and strength. Whether you are a self-proclaimed "in-flexible", or you've worked your muscles hard this week with activities, this class will help you flow. Each week we will stretch, strengthen and release a different body part. This very grounding class will include floorwork, use therapeutic props and include restorative practices.

Fridays 12:00-1:00 pm

Kids Yoga: Build strength, balance and coordination, while building confidence, focus and awareness of the mind, body, and spirit!

Men's Mobility: Explore taking your joints through the greatest available range of motion. Become educated on what your body is telling you, and dive into hip, spine and shoulder mobility to maximize performance and decrease the risk of injury.
