At CONNECT we are passionate about integrating activity and wellness beyond injury and rehab. That's why we offer yoga on-site with individuals who are attuned and trained to modify and monitor your practice to meet your body's needs. To CONNECT your healing of mind, body, and spirit.
Current Classes And Series
Weekly Yoga Flow
Join Michelle and Stephanie for hour-long yoga classes to reset, recharge, and relax in our studio. We've been told our classes are "Gentle Hatha" style, we like to say whole body mobility, some work, and much relaxation.
There are currently four weekly offerings, and though they are drop in classes we do highly recommend pre-registering if you plan to attend to save your spot.

Are you a new mom who has been "cleared" for exercise at 6-weeks postpartum, but have no idea how to start returning to fitness after baby, let alone finding the time with a newborn?
#NewMomStrong is the class for you! Join Stephanie for this 6-week series that covers breathing and early core activation, and progresses to functional fitness exercises. Babies we welcomed AND encouraged!
#NewMomStrong(er) is our follow-up series to #NewMomStrong where Stephanie incorporates more fitness-based workouts into your postpartum rehab.
All participants in #NewMomStrong(er) must have completed #NewMomStrong, but exceptions can be made. Please contact Stephanie directly, or book a free consultation to discuss which class is best for you.
Mobility With Lisa
Join Lisa for this refreshing 6-week series starting January 23rd! A 45-minute stretching and mobility session is the PERFECT way to cap off your Monday and start your week on a high note!
Pairs beautifully with a cycle class - Cycle & Stretch is a match made in fitness heaven, may sure you sign up for both!
Past Classes And Series
Yoga for multiple age groups, range from fun movement to focused breathing within sessions to create boundless energy and controlled calm. Sessions have been on hold, but we are accepting requests for specific groups and ages.
Men's Mobility Mondays
Un-bendy men, retired gentleman, and golfers UNITE! Dr. Nick has the mobility class for you! Work on your flexibility to help manage pain, prevent injuries, and maybe take a few strokes off your golf game!
Breathe Into Sleep
Do you struggle to get to sleep or stay asleep? Does your mind race as you piece through your day, or is it thoughts of tomorrow that keep you up? Breathe Into Sleep is a 4 week series hosted by James Loveday-Wight where you will learn all the best ways to get to sleep, stay asleep, and improve your sleep quality to wake up refreshed every single morning.
