Private Instruction

Whether facing an injury, a chronic health condition, or for any individual, yoga has many benefits to offer. However, for some, group classes can be a scary place to start.  That's why we offer private 1:1 yoga with a physiotherapist who can modify poses in the moment, providing hands on assists to learn alignment and muscle engagement, as well as teach you the basics building confidence in your practice.

Yoga Group Classes

Mobility Flow: Stretch, release, move and then let go. Each class will centre on a specific area of the body, using therapeutic props such as blocks and bolsters, to create a safe and mindful focus to your movement practice. Breath, movement control, strengthening and  rest will be incorporated into each class. 

Monday 12:00-1:30pm

Wednesday 5:00-6:00pm

Friday 9:00-10:00am
