

Meet Sarah McGall
Registered Physiotherapist
Sarah is arguably the most qualified athlete at the clinic, having spent her undergraduate years playing Division I hockey for Lindenwood University in the United States. While she's retired from Div I, you can still find her lighting up the men's and women's leagues in Owen Sound and helping shape the next generation of local athletes.

Get To Know Me
Sarah was raised in Owen Sound, Ontario and grew up playing hockey from a young age. Her love for sports and exercise earned her a scholarship to Lindenwood University in St. Charles Missouri, USA. While playing NCAA Division I hockey, Sarah completed two undergraduate Bachelor of Science degrees in Exercise Science and Athletic Training with a minor in Strength and Conditioning. She graduated in September 2020 with her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University.
Building on her experience as a high-performance athlete, Sarah has worked with many teams and high-level athletes, and takes pride in enabling athletes of all abilities to get back to the game they love. She is a strong believer in the power of movement and loves to work with anyone wishing to accomplish their rehabilitation and fitness goals. She wishes to help people realize their potential by CONNECTing them to the tools of self-management and to empower them to take control of their health and well-being.
