STRONG Like A Girl Series
Calling all teenage female athletes, we have a series JUST for you!
We know that sport-specific strength training is one of the best ways to prevent major injury and improve performance, yet there are very few classes that are geared towards what female athletes need. Don't worry, we've got you.
One of our most popular series. Barbells4Bones was created as a way to provide women over the age of 50 an opportunity to strength train in a safe, fun, group environment. This is one of the most underserved groups we work with, and we know that resistance training has been proven to improve bone density and reduce falls, but more importantly, it drastically improves quality of life.
Busy mom, we hear you, it's almost impossible to find time to workout when you're constantly running the kids to sports and appointments. That's why we carved out this time for you. This early morning fitness series is a strength and high-intensity workout, get in, get sweaty, and get going type of class. We have fun, we push ourselves, and then we head out to all the craziness that the day will bring.
This class is now a drop in on Wednesday mornings at 6am
Gear Up Fore Golf Series
This is our flagship golf series designed to get you ready to hit the links as soon as they open in the spring. Join Dr. Nick Centritto to work on golf-specific mobility and strength exercises to help prevent early-season injuries, add power to your swing, and have you hit midseason form from your very first round.
*Resuming Spring 2024.*
Barbell Power Hour
This is our strength-focused series that is designed to push the limits of your Big Three Lifts, the deadlift, squat, and press. Join Cody in this twice/week series to build strength and competence in the heaviest lift.
The next 6-week series starts January 2024, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm
Below are our past series and seasonal series that we offer at CONNECT. While these series are not currently on the schedule, we will look to incorporate them as often as we can when they are requested.

Core Confidence Series
Join Dr. Nick Centritto in this 6-week series designed to help you build core strength and bounce back from recurrent back, hip, neck, and shoulder pain.
A follow-up to Core Confidence, Kettlebell Strength is a 6-week series that involves more intense kettlebell training to strengthen the core and hips in order to prevent injuries. Dr. Nick often recommends this as an off-season strengthening program for his golfers.
Next expected series: Winter 2023/24
Are you just getting over a bout of back pain? Or are you a recurrent back pain sufferer? This six-week series with Katie is both educational and actionable. Katie will walk you through the different types of back pain so that you can use symptom-based strategies to treat acute pain. Then, she'll work with your group to start breathing, mobility, and strengthening to both prevent and treat future episodes.
Find Your Strength
This is our introductory fitness series run by Clare. It is designed for anyone who is new to fitness or returning after a hiatus or injury.
