At CONNECT, we understand that not everyone's fitness level is the same, and workouts need to be scaled on an individual basis to recognize that, because your 100% might not be the 100% of the person beside you.
When you choose to workout with CONNECT you choose highly trained coaches, planned programming designed for improvement and sustainability, and you choose a community of people that are ready to better themselves, and everyone around them.

CONNECT Cross Training classes are group classes of up to 15 people (so there's always enough equipment!) based on a daily workout.
Our workouts are modified to the capabilities of EVERY participant, so that everyone can give 100% without risk of injury.
Workouts include the use of barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, rowers, plyo boxes, and a whole lot of sweat.
Before you start participation in regular fitness classes, each athlete will be required to complete a free fitness and mobility assessment that will determine if you have all the movement skills necessary to start right away, or if you need our On Ramp program to learn the ropes.

Find Your Strength
FYS is our way of getting you ready for the intensity and movements involved in regular Cross Training.
FYS sessions run twice per week over the course of six weeks - for 12 total sessions where we'll build intensity, learn movement skills and modifications for regular classes and talk about goal setting, recovery, and nutrition to help you get the most out of your workouts.

Personal training is 1:1 to 4:1 training with one of our coaches. Programs are tailored to your specific needs, modified to your abilities, and are built around your training goals.
Personal training sessions will be used as an alternative to On Ramp programming in order to transition you into regular Cross Training classes.

In season, and off season team training programs are designed for the specific needs of your sport. Our programs are comprehensive: we don't just look at the strength demands of your sport, we look at the mobility, agility, skills, duration and competition schedule to make the most well-rounded, intelligent program possible.
Sport-specific baseline and pre-season fitness testing is also available , and is tailored to specific sport demands.
