Courtney is a certified fitness professional operating her own business. Her own journey with health, and struggles around body image and weight loss inspired he to jump in to the health and wellness field.
She carries with her a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Arts, and a variety of life experiences. Courtney can be found at the Connect front desk and assist with marketing/social media.
Courtney currently lives fully off grid with her fur baby Munchkin.
